It was heavy rain all day and evening in Porto Alegre. The crowds were strong, but not as much as last Monday.
Things were much more intense in the rest of the country, activist reports are saying 2 million people throughout Rio, Sao Paulo, and Brasilia.
Students were joking that people should develop a strategy to differentiate themselves from the anarchists who are causing some of the damage and allowing the media to say the protest was violent.
